Violetta is Portland's fastest slow food.
In partnership with Parks and Recreation, Violetta serves downtown's working core, residents and visitors a quality, fast-casual food experience in Portland's beautiful Director Park setting.
Our menu offers made-from-scratch "fast" foods that utilize only premium ingredients, northwest sourced meats, local farm fresh vegetables "in season" and dairy and bread products that have been raised, grown or produced with care and respect for organic and sustainable practices. Our menu items are served in 100% compostable materials.
Violetta serves carry-out and dine-in breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, and features walk-up espresso and coffee service from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm.
This is why it's happening.
A busy lifestyle shouldn't equate to having to compromise food quality when dining quickly or on-the-go. Our mission is to provide our guests fresh, high quality seasonal food in a fast-paced and friendly setting that also allows diners to support local independent growers, ranchers and food and beverage artisans and suppliers.
Our goal is to make Director Park and Violetta a place to celebrate the arts, enjoy good company, eat great food and drink great beverage while engaging in the best of what Portland has to offer year round.
More than just food, this is a first.
Violetta at Director Park will be a food "first" in Portland and one of a kind in Park programming; full service Café with catering/box lunch delivery, hospitality seen only in Portland's finest restaurants, inspired music, community gatherings, and fun for families and individuals of every age and spirit.
