Violetta's seasonal fast-food Americana menu is carefully planned to bring to our guests the
most delicious and flavorful food we can, inspired by and sourced from within our community.
We offers made-from-scratch foods that utilize only premium ingredients, northwest sourced allnatural
meats, local farm fresh vegetables, hormone free dairy, artisan cheeses and breads, and
only products that have been raised, grown or produced with care and respect for natural and
sustainable practices.

The menu board highlights many of our prized purveyors, our partners, without whom we'd not be able to offer our guests the freshness and quality that we do. Whether it's Oregon's Painted Hills all-natural black angus, Draper Valley natural chickens, or Millennium Farms delicious and spicy salad greens and heirloom tomatoes, our partners are the key to bringing the best of the Northwest to Violetta's guests. YOUR LIFESTYLE - YOUR DIET
We understand that with changing dietary needs and habits, our guests may need to alter or
customize items from our menu, and Burgers and Truffle Fries don't fit the bill for everyone. We
strive to create a well balanced menu that appeals to all appetites - whether your Vegetarian,
Vegan, Gluten-free, or you just can't get enough of the Violetta Burger. Our staff is well versed
in the menu, our ingredients, and they will gladly guide you to the best food and guest
experience possible. Ask away!
SEASONS & SPECIALS
At every opportunity, we try to highlight the season's best ingredients in our daily soups,
sandwiches, burgers and salads, and often run limited time specials throughout the year to offer a
little something unexpected to our regular guests. From Portobello Mushroom Fries to Green Tea
Soba Noodles with Teriyaki Noodles & Citrus Vinaigrette, your visit will always have you
deciding between our chef inspired specials and your favorites.
PACKAGING
We'll be glad when all fast casual restaurants follow the lead, and we applaud the many that are
focused on earth friendly food and beverage packaging and are making it the new standard. At
Violetta, 100% of our carryout packaging is compostable -- from the custom burger boxes, to the
vegetable ink stamped coffee cups, to the “plastic” potato starch based straws, the only items
leaving our stores and only exceptions are the recyclable glass and aluminum soft beverage
bottles and cans.
